14 week Baby Bump

Here was my baby bump at 14 weeks.....

It doesn't look like much, but this is only the beginning!

And Then There Were Two . . .

INTRODUCING . . . .

Yep, that's right folks we are having TWINS! My first doctors appointment was yesterday and we got to see these little sweet hearts for the first time. They are both growing well and have strong heart beats. We are so excited! They are both on target for my November 10th due date; however, they may come a little early. So, we'll see. Here's some pics of them together:

Overall, I've been feeling pretty good. Although, I have good days and bad days. I still struggle with morning/evening sickness, but I consider myself blessed as I have yet to throw up. I dry heaved one morning, but thankfully there was nothing in my stomach to come up (I HATE throwing up). My only major complaint is that I am EXHAUSTED. My energy levels are non existant and thanks to my sweet, amazing husband, I get to just relax when I come home from work. I'm so lucky to have him. I guess it isn't easy on a body to grow two little babies and everything that they need. All I can say is that I'm looking forward to the infamous 2nd Trimester and dreading the 3rd when this 5 foot nothing body of mine is housing nearly full grown twins! It will definitely be a sight to see.

On another note, we feel so blessed to be given such an opportunity. Two sweet little babies that the Lord has entrusted to our care. I only hope that we are up to the task of raising them. I already love them so much and I can't wait to hold them in my arms.

And the Verdict Is . . . .

IT WORKED! That's right--the fertility drugs did their duty and we're expecting on November 10th! (Yep, that puts me at 6 weeks tomorrow). We couldn't be more excited and feel immeasurably blessed to have the opportunity to become parents. We can't wait for this special little one! November seems forever away to wait to meet this person who has been sent to us. Thanks for all your prayers, advice, and listening ears. We're so EXCITED and couldn't wait to share our news!

The "Man Date"

So, the girls always have "Girls Nights" in our community where the husbands take the kids and the ladies get together to do some crafty type thing and talk our hearts out. So, one of the husbands decided that the guys needed a "Man Date". Apparently this is what a "man date" entails:

Catch UP! (Beware of Long Post)

Sorry we've been missing in action for the past little while. We've just been having too much fun. The month of December was a busy one for us. Here's what we've been up to lately:

Thanksgiving this year was at my (Bree's) Grandma Vernon's home. It was delish! I could eat my Grandma's food every day!

At the beginning of December I cut 10 inches off my hair! It was scary, but a fun change. I've been loving it. Here's a few pics of the new do:

Trav went sledding with his family in Bear Lake:

We had a ton of parties with co-workers, friends, and family and had a blast.

Trav's cousin Janie got married to a great guy named Brandon. We were able to attend their ceremony in the Logan Temple.

Santa was very generous to us this year! I got a new sewing machine, clothes, shoes, movies, games, the Twilight books, and completed my Willow tree nativity. Trav got itunes cards (which is honestly like his favorite thing in the world), golf gloves, a quesadilla maker, a Bella Rocket (it's the knock off of a Magic Bullet), a fax machine, and a lot of other things. Thanks for all of the great gifts everyone!

5 Years of Love

Life has just been great this year. We celebrated our 5 years of bliss...(yes, I love brownie points.) We are both doing well in our jobs. Bree is working a ton, and sacrificing so much. We LOVE our house, ward, and friends. It really has been an enormous blessing for us to move to Wellsville. I have added some pics we had taken from Mackley Photography. Christmas is just around the corner, and we are having so much fun with parties and just being with everybody. We can't say enough how grateful and blessed we are. We love all of you.

Halloween Scares

This was a great Halloween for us here in Wellsville. We had a ton of fun little kids come by to get some candy... we didn't know how many kids we would get, so we didn't have the best candy. Next year they better be ready to get spoiled.

And, overall just had a great time together. We went to some friends house for a wicked game of Catan until late into the evening. What a great weekend.
