Halloween

We had a great Halloween this year! Trav took the kids trick or treating to the mall with his family while I was working. They had a blast and got WAY too much candy! We also had a blast carving pumpkins together. It was a great Halloween! I think the pics say it all....

One Year Down..... Eternity to Go!

October 11, 2011.....

My babies are one! I can't believe it was ONE YEAR AGO that these two entered our lives. But then again, it has only been a year and I can't even imagine what life was like without them (although, sometimes I wonder what a day without them would be like....I would get so much done!). They have brought tears of joy and sometimes of trial. I wouldn't have it any other way. We had a wonderful family party on October 9th. Here's a few pics from the day.

SHAMU!

This last weekend I had a conference in SAN DIEGO! So, we decided to go a few days early and make a vacation of it. We had so much fun! The kids had a lot of firsts including their first plane ride (which was fabulous the way there and definitely not so much on the way back), their first time at Sea World (they LOVED Shamu!), and their first time at the ocean. It was fabulous! Actually, a little cooler than Utah while we were there, but fun all the same.

Are You Still There?

Well, I hope I still have a few followers out there with my poor attempt at blogging....I do like it and have great intentions, but it just seems that blogging falls very low on my priority list. There's always so many better things to do it seems like snuggle a Bubba or an Ellie, build block towers, play hide and seek, or SLEEP! (as our little ones still aren't great at this, we end up cherishing every little second of shut eye).

Brielle got Glasses--so adorable! She was crossing her eyes, so we went to see the eye doctor and they found she needed glasses. She leaves them on great and are really helping her eyes!

All in all it has been a busy and great summer! Now we're excited to be home for awhile. Life is good and full of love. Each day is an adventure to live to it's highest capacity. Til next time....which I'll try to make a little sooner, but no promises!

July Is Here!

We went to the Half-Way with Trav's Family, but I only got one picture of the kids when they fell asleep in the Kelty Back Packs. I'll have to get pics from Grandma Janet. It was a blast. Trav learned that our F-150 isn't quite the beast he thought it was when it overheated on the way there. We'll take the next long uphill pulls a little slower.

4th of July at the White's. Had a blast dressing the kids up and they loved most of the fireworks. The loud ones scared sister and Bubba, well he fell asleep during them, so they didn't seem to bother him at all.

First Time Swimming.....LOVED IT!

Maiden Voyage of the Sunchaser. Minus the heater not working, all went well. The Uintas were gorgeous, we got in some great 4-wheeling, and the kids did well on their first camping trip! So much fun...thanks to my Mom and Dad for inviting us to go with them.

It's been a great start to a great month! More to come!

Growing Up

Well, the kiddos are growing up right before our eyes..... We are having so much fun! Tayson is crawling all over the place and Ellie isn't far behind him. They both pull to stand and are starting to cruise the furniture. Needless to say we are a little nervous for the BIG STEPS--bring on the weight loss as I have a feeling we'll be doing LOTS of chasing! Here are some fun pics from the past few months.
